About ETH (Ethereum) London Hard Fork Upgrade

Dear users.

The Ethernet network will undergo a London hard fork upgrade at block height 12,965,000 (estimated time 19:55 on 05/08/2021 (UTC+8)).

This hard fork may generate new tokens and ToCoins will make the following arrangements.

I. Suspension of Charging and Withdrawal Time

The top-up and withdrawal of ETH-HECO and ETH-BEP20 have been suspended, and the top-up and withdrawal of ETH-ERC20 and other ERC-20 network tokens are expected to be suspended at 18:00 (UTC+8) on August 05, 2021. Please top up and withdraw ETH-ERC20 and other ERC-20 network tokens in time, ToCoins will handle the technical problems in the hard fork for users.

About ETH hard fork

1. If no new tokens are generated after the hard fork: ToCoins will resume the top-up and withdrawal of ETH and other ERC-20 network tokens as soon as possible.

2. If new tokens are generated after the hard fork, and the forked coins pass ToCoins' internal audit of the top-up standard, ToCoins will airdrop another chain of tokens to users according to a certain percentage of the block height of 12,965,000, i.e., at around 19:55 (UTC+8) on August 05, 2021, based on a snapshot of users' ETH positions. The airdrop will be released to the user's wallet account and will be notified by announcement when the distribution is complete. If there are any changes, ToCoins will notify you by announcement.

Note: The snapshot may be delayed. If your ETH order has been filled, coins have not yet been credited, or withdrawals have been completed at the time of the position snapshot, that portion of the asset will be excluded from the statistics. Please process your top-ups and withdrawals in a timely manner and be cautious in your trading operations during the snapshot period.

3. About Trading

ETH and other ERC-20 network tokens are not affected by spot trading, contracts and leveraged ETF trading, but the hard fork may be accompanied by more drastic price fluctuations, please assess the risk before trading.

4. Resumption of withdrawal time

After the hard fork is completed and the network is stable, we will notify you later.

1. Coins, contracts account, and sub accounts will be merged into the parent account, and if there are forked coins, they will be distributed to the parent account only.

2. The hard fork of Ether will be carried out at the block height of 12,965,000 on the Ethernet mainnet. The estimated time is for users' reference only and may change according to the processing speed of the block.
