I. How to change the account mailbox

If the ToCoins platform account can be logged in and the mailbox can receive the verification code, then do the following.

Login to the account - User Center - Mailbox verification, click to replace

II. If 2FA is lost and you are unable to log in to your ToCoins account or obtain a mailbox verification code, do the following.

For the security of your account and assets, you need to submit the following information to the work order.

1. provide the registered UID/email/cell phone number

2. Take a photo of your handheld ID and handwritten instructions together and upload it

(Handwritten instructions required: white paper stating: I, XXX, apply for unbinding the mailbox bound by the registered account in ToCoins Exchange, personal signature, date, the platform will verify as soon as possible after receiving, and unbinding will be carried out after verification is passed)

Note: The unbinding of the mailbox requires the binding of a cell phone number
